Finally KBS released more teaser for “Healer”. Continuing the previous teasers that focused on action, this teaser gives high-speed action scenes with a dash of romance and comedy. Starring Ji Chang Wook, Park Min Young and Yoo Ji Tae, this drama seems having clear line between the characters. Ji Chang Wook is the best errand boy in the industry and he always finishes his mission perfectly. He has Kim Mi Kyung as hacker partner who will help him navigate through the city and find the target’s profile. While Park Min Young is playing as bright, cheery rookie reporter running around to find news. Yoo Ji Tae is playing her superior as top reporter, but hide his guilt from the past.

The teaser opens with surveillance map of a city while our ‘Healer’ Seo Jung Hoo is practicing squash and wearing a white singlet. Next, he escorts a target (played by Lee Moon Shik, Eunuch Bang in Empress Ki) on a train. While Chae Young Shin narrates that this errand boy, “Codename: Healer,” is legendary and his going rate is millions of won per job. Then Cho Min Ja (Kim Mi Kyung) tells Jung Hoo about Chae Young Shin as their new target. Young Shin looks like she’s escaping from her chaser but Jung Hoo seems to have found her eventually and exclaims “Bingo!” Then Kim Moon Shik (Park Sang Won) as president of media company looks unhappy when he meets his brother Kim Moon Ho (Yoo Ji Tae). Cuts to: Kim Moon Ho heads off to look for news. While Young Shin is doing happy dance with her father (really cute) and when she looks up to the the sky, Kim Moon Ho recognize her and seems concerned. While our sexy errand boy has his own time to dress while half naked looking at the mirror. Then Jung Hoo has busy day, races with his motorcycle, meets Young Shin and jumps across buildings. It closes with yet another closing logo from “Healer”.

The teaser is zippy, providing more insight to the main and supporting characters. We finally know how Min Ja and Jung Hoo working together, how Chae Young Shin’s relationship with her stepfather, despite briefly, and we know that two brothers Moon Shik and Moon Ho don’t warm up to each other and remain cold. Now, what we all dying to know is what’s exactly the incident in the past? What makes Moon Ho feels guilty to Young Shin? Why Jung Hoo also targets Young Shin and who hires him? Eventually the three leads will meet each other and Young Shin would end up in love triangle with Moon Ho and Jung Hoo. I just hope we have proper love triangle in this one.

Other than that, KBS also released 2 official posters this morning. The poster looks pretty good with Ji Chang Wook in the middle, bearing the name “Healer”. The first poster features heavily green color, has 3 leads share the space equally. The poster captures the action elements of Healer which uses the urban city as the backdrop. The satellite images and blueprints give an idea of the drama’s genre as action thriller oriented and hints to love triangle between 3 characters. This also makes people look forward to the wonderful transformation of the three actors, including Park Min Young and Yoo Ji Tae, who possess different kinds of charm in their characters.

The second poster shows Ji Chang Wook looks like flying in the sky, while Park Min Young and Yoo Ji Tae is in the middle. Ji Chang Wook portrays the charm of “Healer” with his sharp gaze and relaxed smile. Park Min Young shows us her bright smile, while Yoo Ji Tae shows sharp, serious gaze.

In particular, the caption says “The wounded world that they inherit, will now begin to heal”. Whatever the wound in the past, I’m sure our Healer can eventually heal their world and our hearts.

Healer will premiere next Monday, December 8 at 22.00 KST and occupies Monday-Tuesday timeslot on KBS at least until February.
