Ji Chang Wook’s upcoming drama “Healer” is gearing up for premiere in less than 2 weeks. Anything and everything has been poured to us so we just have to wait this drama to air already. The newest goodies from “Healer” is the third teaser, which focuses on other male lead Yoo Ji Tae as Kim Moon Ho. Moon Ho is star reporter at his brother’s media company.
In the teaser, Kim Moon Ho looks like waking up from recurring nightmares, followed by action scenes on subway tunnel. He tells someone about an account which also leaked into our errand boy/messenger ‘Healer’ Seo Jung Hoo (Ji Chang Wook). Then there’s Chae Young Shin who’s excited to meet Healer and even kisses the Healer’s picture. She then reveals herself as Kim Moon Ho’s fan, follows him, and even has his picture on her room. The head of press department (Woo Hee Jin) argues that she always sides with the weak while Moon Ho smiles to the camera. He smirks and believes it’s all facts. It then closed by Seo Jung Hoo’s awesome action skills like running and breaking through building glass. Seo Jung Hoo seems to give any superhero, like Superman or Spiderman a run of their money. LOL. The shattered glass also comes into the closing title, bringing an awesome visual effect.
So far “Healer” is really pretty and catchy in the eyes. It does good job to use visual effects and CGI without making it cheap-looking. The background music also blends well with the teaser and it really makes the teaser far more exciting than usual Korean drama. The teaser seems mixing action, mystery, romance with a bit of humor. Our Seo Jung Hoo is still as mysterious as possible, but in the third teaser at least we can see how he lives at the apartment, albeit alone. Chae Young Shin gives the vibe of cheerful, happy-go-lucky reporter and it seems she will be the one of constant source for humor. While Kim Moon Ho is a conflicted character that may or may not leads to darker trajectory. I believe all 3 main leads, Ji Chang Wook, Park Min Young and Yoo Ji Tae are capable to pull their characters off. Add other supporting cast, this drama seems perfect from the get go. If it’s good, then I hope the ratings will be good too. Now, I want to watch it now!! For this cute Oppa below:
